Dr. Jennifer Cooper

Post Doctoral Associate, Soil and Water Sciences Department

Dr. Jennifer Cooper received her B.S. in chemistry from the University of California at Los Angeles, after which time she traveled the world and worked as a winemaker.  During her travels, she became interested in improving water quality, and pursued her Ph.D. at the University of Rhode Island, studying the impact climate change on the water quality functions of septic systems. 

Jennifer is currently at the University of Florida Everglades Research and Education Center working on best management practices for reduction of P load exports on the farm scale.
