Host Institution
The University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Everglades Research and Education Center (UF/IFAS EREC) is located in the heart of the Everglades Agricultural Area (EAA) in South Florida, where sugarcane is the dominant crop. Programs at the UF/IFAS EREC provide the Florida sugarcane industry with sustainable production strategies with multi-disciplinary efforts involving agronomy, variety development, soil and water sciences, entomology, pathology, and weed science. UF/IFAS EREC personnel also lead research and extension efforts focusing on rice, sweet corn, and leafy and brassica vegetables that are also grown in the EAA.

Registration Cost
Workshop registration is US$350 per participant. All workshop participants must be ISSCT members for 2016-2019. ISSCT membership dues are US$140. For ISSCT membership information and registration, please visit http://issct.org/member.html.

Venue
The workshop will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens.
